Remediation Technician
You know restoration. Now it's time to build a career from it.
Are you good at restoration—but frustrated with where your career is headed?
Maybe you've been doing the same job for years without a clear path forward. Maybe you're working hard but aren't being recognized for it. Maybe you're ready for more responsibility, better leadership, and an opportunity to actually grow—but your current company doesn't have a place for you to go.
If that sounds familiar, we should talk.
United Water Restoration Group is the largest privately owned restoration company in Florida, with locations throughout the state—and we're growing.
We're looking for an experienced Remediation Technician who isn't satisfied with simply showing up, running equipment, and collecting a paycheck. We want someone who wants to become better at the trade, take on more responsibility, and build a long-term career in restoration.
Why United Water Restoration?
At United Water Restoration, we're committed to developing great technicians into great restoration professionals and leaders.
If you're ready to take the next step, we'll help you get there.
What you can expect:

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who already understands restoration and is ready for what comes next.
You should have:
- Previous restoration experience in water, fire, or mold
- A strong work ethic and willingness to get your hands dirty

Maybe You're Ready for Something Different
If you're currently working for another restoration company and wondering:
“Is this really as far as I can go?”
Maybe not.
You don't have to leave restoration to change your career trajectory.
Sometimes you just need to find a company where your experience is recognized, your development matters, and there is actually somewhere to go.
If you're ready to stop doing the same thing and start building the next chapter of your restoration career, we'd like to meet you.
The work is hard. The opportunity is real.
