We're looking for motivated people to join our team as Restoration Technicians.

No Restoration Experience? That's OK, we'll teach you the restoration business the way it should be done.

If you've worked in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, maintenance, landscaping, automotive, warehouse operations, moving, hospitality, property management, or another hands-on industry, you may already have many of the skills we're looking for.

And if you've never worked in any of those industries but you're a hard worker who is ready to learn, we still want to hear from you.

What Is Restoration?

When a homeowner or business experiences a major water leak, fire, mold problem, or other property emergency, they need someone to respond quickly.

As a Restoration Technician, you'll help return damaged homes and businesses to normal.

You'll learn how to:

• Extract water and mitigate water damage
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials
• Assist with fire and smoke cleaning
• Perform microbial remediation
• Assist with vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard cleanup
• Perform structural board-up and site stabilization
• Clean and restore affected areas
• Maintain equipment and job sites
• Document work through moisture logs, progress reports, safety logs, and diagrams
• Work directly with customers during difficult situations

The Person We're Looking For

You must:

• Have a valid driver's license
• Be able to lift and move 25–50 pounds
• Be comfortable working in homes, businesses, crawl spaces, attics, and other job-site environments
• Be willing to participate in the emergency mitigation on-call rotation
• Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
