United Water Restoration Group, Florida’s largest privately owned water, fire and mold remediation and restoration company, is currently seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee our operations in the Jacksonville territory. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Remediation Project Manager or Operations Manager (Required)
  • IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, FRT, OCT, ASD)
  • Maintain a clean and valid Driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel out of town, if required
  • Pass a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to lead a team while adhering to company and industry standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities: As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production operations of your assigned branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in day-to-day operations, such as scheduling dispatching, training and conducting morning meetings.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with internal departments and representing UWRG professionally with clients and business partners
  • Ensuring that the necessary equipment is clean, maintained, available and assigned for each project.
  • Monitoring job site safety and productivity though random site visits.
  • Continuously training and improving safety, paperwork and production standards
  • Working closely with Regional and District managers to establish weekly production goals and ensure that variable expenses such as labor and supplies meet target percentages.
